Nicollet Island-East Bank Neighborhood is located in the University area of Minneapolis, Minnesota, just north of downtown Minneapolis across the Mississippi River. The neighborhood is bordered by the railroad tracks between 3rd and 1st Avenues on the northwest, Central Avenue to the southeast, and the Mississippi River to the southwest.
