The Mid-City Industrial neighborhood is is a mostly industrial area, located in the University area of Minneapolis, Minnesota. The neighborhood is bordered by I-35W to the north and west, Highway 280 to the east, and Hennepin Avenue and Winter Street to the south. Most of the neighborhood is industrial, with some residences in the center of the neighborhood.
