The East Philips neighborhood lies within the Phillips area of Minneapolis, Minnesota, just about a mile south of downtown Minneapolis. The borders of the neighborhood include 24th Street to the north, Hiawatha Avenue to the east, Lake Street to the south, and Bloomington Avenue to the west.
