The Humboldt Industrial Area is a section of the Camden district in north Minneapolis. This area is completely industrial and spans from 49th Ave N to the north, Humboldt Ave N to the east, the Canadian Pacific Railroad to the south, and to the city boundary of Brooklyn Center on the west, just west of Osseo Road. The southern part of the neighborhood includes a rail way yard, with the north and east areas industrial buildings. The Humboldt Industrial real estate includes warehouses and production buildings. Nearby attractions include Ryan Lake, Victory Memorial Parkway, a Golf course, parks, off-leash dog parks, restaurants, and shops.
The Humboldt Industrial Area can be accessed by Highway 100 and I-94, with the main industrial sites off of 49th Avenue north and Humboldt Avenue. Its proximity to the highways makes it easy to commute to from other areas of the Minneapolis metropolitan area and its suburbs. Bus lines also run down both 49th and Humboldt Avenues.
